Parekh Group owns a fleet of seagoing vessels, tug boats and barges through its wholly owned subsidiary Polestar Maritime Limited.
The fleet includes:
Tug boats of various horsepower ranging from 470 bhp to 3600 bhp.
Flat top barges of capacity ranging from 1700 MT to 2400 DWT
Polestar Maritime Ltd also manages the marine assets of select clients.
::Operations along the east and western coastline
Polestar Marine’s operations are spread across both Indian coastlines. The company has a presence in the Gulf of Kutch and Mumbai on the west coast. Along the East coast, we provide support crafts at the Kakinada port, Gangawaram port and the Sethusamudram project.
::Serving private companies and PSU’s
The fleet provides support services in harbors for companies such as Reliance L&T, as well as projects of numerous private as well as Public sector organizations. The major utilization is during the construction phase of ports. Our tugs are also used for support services beyond sheltered port waters.
