ISM and HSEQ coordinator for offshore vessels

Eligible candidates must comply with the following :

• Conversant with latest and updated Classification and Flag regulations and to ensure compliance.
• The core knowledge in statutory(DG,MMD,IRS) and involved in ISM, ISPS, MLC & DOC audit.
• Assist in preparation and updating ISM Manuals SOPEP, SOLAS training manuals, analysis and investigations of any incidents/accidents reported
• Assist in Management Review Meetings
• Assist in external ISM/ISPS/MLC audit of vessel
• Assist in maintaining all ISM documents in the office
• Assist in FSI matters
• Mumbai based.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in PMS, Computer skills, MS Office and letter drafting.
• Should be able to work well with multiple teams for cohesive functioning.
• Internal auditors course is preferred.
