Product head- Air Freight
Job Responsibilities:
Developing the Air Freight Product for OSPL
Budgets preparations, sales plan, and execution of management sales strategies.
Achieve sales goals through hands on market planning, personal sales execution, and
development of business relationships with key customers, new business, and retention
Cooperate with the various operations departments to provide follow-up services as
needed by the customers.
Follow up with customers on regular basis.
Design and implement new strategies to develop team.
Design new strategies to achieve a productive sales target.
Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meet
customer s requirements with a problem resolution approach
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
Should have min 10 years Air Freight experience, out of which, 2 – 3 years
should be in active sales.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Shipping / Logistics Management.
Supply Chain Management / Solutions.
Should be well versed with nuances of Air Freight business.
Should have own customer base and wide reach in the air freight
